3. Class Scheduling and Attendance

Class timings are arranged based on mutual agreement between the student and tutor.

Students must attend classes punctually.

In case of absence, students must notify us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule.

Missed classes without prior notice may not be compensated.

Tutors may reschedule classes in case of unavoidable circumstances (with prior notice).
4. Payments and Fees

5. Free Trial Classes
We offer free trial classes for once per new student to experience our teaching method before enrollment. After the trial, continued participation requires payment of the regular fee.
6. Code of Conduct

Respect and proper etiquette are mandatory for both students and tutors during online classes.

Use of offensive, inappropriate, or disrespectful language will not be tolerated.

Recording or sharing class sessions without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Teacher Assignment
We strive to match each student with the most suitable tutor. However, Learn Al Quran Academy reserves the right to change or reassign teachers when necessary to maintain quality and consistency.
8. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, working audio/video devices, and access to approved class platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet). We are not responsible for missed classes due to personal technical issues.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is very important to us. All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
10. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate a student’s access to our services if:

Students may discontinue classes by giving at least one week’s notice before the next billing cycle.
